Thinking about a commission?

Please note that I cannot recreate an existing piece, although I will aim for the specific spirit of previous works that you admire. The joy of custom art is that it is created specifically for you and your space. It starts with a conversation, discussing your ideas and inspiration for the piece. It is important for me to understand the expectation of each commission. You can also provide paint colors or fabric swatches from your space to help communicate your vision. Once we lay out the scope of the project, (including pricing) we will sign a Commission Agreement. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before your custom art commences. The final 50% balance is due in full before the delivery of artwork. I will work hard to create my interpretation of your vision, as I want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase!


How is my artwork going to be shipped?

Resin art can get very heavy with size, I always encourage pick-up or in some cases, I can deliver locally. Resin takes a substantial amount of time to cure thoroughly. I will not ship a painting before it is ready to be tightly packaged (2 weeks from painting completion). All art is wrapped in paper, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box. Most artwork will ship via USPS or UPS and most packages arrive within 2-4 days (domestic) from the time of shipping (includes tracking & insurance). For large pieces, we will use a freight service to expertly handle the painting and deliver it right to your door. International shipments will be sent via USPS or another carrier. International buyers, please note that shipping charges may vary from the amount you pay at checkout. Please email me with questions or to get an estimate. International packages may incur Boarder fees, duties, and other countries may charge handling fees. Tracking is also not always reliable with international shipments Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ I will let you know via email. 


Returns

Every commission piece or sale is handled with as transparency and clarity as possible. Because of this, all sales are final except in certain special situations. Please take the time to read descriptions carefully and the check colors and sizes. I try my best to represent my pieces honestly and clearly.
